ARM SGP S2VSR
- During Summer 2023, we collaborated with a team from The Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) on the Small-Scale Variability of Solar Radiation campaign (S2VSR) campaign at the ARM SGP site. This project focused on small-scale variations in solar radiation due to shallow cumulus clouds.
- S2VSR used 60 pyranometers set up on a grid around the SGP site. Grad students and research scientists visited the site weekly to maintain the pyranometers and record data.
